Common questions

I forgot my master password.
It cannot be reset, because nobody but you holds the key. If you made a recovery key in Settings, use it to get back in. Otherwise restore from an encrypted backup (.ppn) if you have one.

How do I back up my vault?
Open Settings and choose the encrypted backup option. Save the .ppn file somewhere safe. Do this before every app update.

How do I turn on AutoFill?
On iPhone: Settings, then General, then AutoFill & Passwords, then turn on My PSWD.

Does My PSWD use the internet or the cloud?
No. It has no network access, and your vault never leaves your device.

Can I import from another password manager?
Yes. Use Import in the app with a CSV export, a Word document or plain text.
